Job Title: Sales executive - Customer Advisor - TATA Motors Location: Kolhapur Company: Unity Motors (Authorized TATA Motors Dealer) Are you passionate about cars and love helping people? Unity Motors, Kolhapur's trusted authorized TATA Motors dealership, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team! As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of Unity Motors, guiding customers through their TATA car buying journey. Your primary role will be to understand customer needs, provide expert advice on our range of TATA vehicles, and ultimately, help them drive away in their dream car. What you'll do: Warmly greet and engage with customers, understanding their automotive needs and preferences. Develop in-depth knowledge of all TATA Motors vehicles, features, and financing options. Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives. Skillfully guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's success. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Who you are: A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help. Passionate about automobiles, especially TATA vehicles (preferred but not mandatory). Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; English proficiency is an advantage. Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license (preferred). Why Join Unity Motors?
