Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Identify and engage with potential leads to convert them into loyal customers. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, documentation, and tracking of leads. Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and results to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
