Job Description: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Service Person for our Laser Cutting Machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both selling and servicing advanced laser cutting machines to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Sell laser cutting machines to potential customers, offering product demonstrations and technical support. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions for laser cutting machines. Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for laser cutting machines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers. Manage service contracts, including repair work and preventive maintenance for laser cutting machines. Ensure customers are trained on machine operations and safety procedures. Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions to ensure satisfaction. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales and service of laser cutting machines or similar machinery. In-depth knowledge of laser cutting technology, applications, and machine troubleshooting. Strong communication skills to explain technical details to customers and negotiate sales. Hands-on experience with the installation, repair, and maintenance of laser cutting machines. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and service requests effectively. Technical certification or relevant training in laser cutting machines or industrial machinery is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in laser cutting machine sales and service. Familiarity with CNC-based machinery and industrial automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
