Our services include property search and discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales services. Roles And Responsibilities. Engage with clients over calls to understand their property requirements and preferences. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Proactively initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts. Identify potential business opportunities by reaching out to new clients. Set and pursue annual sales targets and objectives. Analyze business needs to uncover new opportunities. Accompany clients on property visits, helping them understand all aspects of the property. Qualifications. Any graduate (candidates from non-management backgrounds can also apply).
