About XACCO XACCO Global Hospitalities is a young, fast-growing, tech-enabled student and corporate housing company based in Paris, with operations expanding into Singapore. We specialise in providing verified, fully-furnished accommodations for international students, working professionals, and families relocating abroad. Over the past few years, we have helped more than 1300 people find a home away from home. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the France market . You will be responsible for managing OTA platforms, handling inbound & outbound leads, cold calling & emailing prospects, and guiding them through the accommodation selection process in Paris & Singapore. Your goal: convert leads into happy residents. Key Responsibilities Manage listings and inquiries on OTA platforms (Airbnb, HousingAnywhere, Studapart etc.). Conduct cold calls & emails to generate and qualify leads. Perform pre-sales activities : understanding client needs, providing property options, and addressing queries. Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into deals . Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for clients. Keep CRM tools updated with lead status, interactions, and sales progress. Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development , preferably in real estate, student housing, or hospitality. Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English proficiency mandatory; French is a plus). Comfortable with cold calling & emailing . Experience with OTA platforms is a strong advantage.
