Job experience - Minimum 5 years experience. PREFFERED FROM JEWELLERY INDUSTRY (MORE PREFERRED FROM DIAMOND JEWELLERY) Job Timing- 11:00am to 7:30pm. Should be fluent in English, Hindi. Job Location- Kolkata (Bhowanipore) Interested Candidates can mail at : [email protected] Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly Build lasting customer relationships through strong client dealing and after-sales support Maintain store cleanliness, organization, discipline and security Monitor and manage stock levels accurately Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Coordinate with suppliers and head office on stock orders Maintain accurate sales and performance records Maintain cordial and friendly relation with other colleagues and keep the environment energetic towards work. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Sales-driven and customer-focused Proficiency with computer basics.
