Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry, including startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprises. Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events . Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to showcase our IT staffing solutions. 2. Client Acquisition & Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, and IT Leaders . Understand client hiring needs and align Techtales IT staffing solutions to their business goals. Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring long-term engagement with clients. 3. Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Provide clear job descriptions, hiring expectations, and market insights to the recruitment team. Ensure high-quality candidate delivery to maintain client satisfaction. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for IT staffing services. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates to track performance. 5. Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on IT industry hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market demands Represent Techtale at industry networking events, conferences, and meetups to generate leads. Build a personal brand as a recruitment expert through LinkedIn engagement and content sharing. Key Requirements: Must-Have: 36 years of experience in IT staffing sales (contract or permanent staffing). Strong network in the Chennai IT industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets . Ability to identify, negotiate, and close staffing deals with IT clients . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Strong understanding of IT job roles, skills, and hiring trends . Good to Have: Experience in contract staffing, RPO, or workforce solutions . Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment technologies . Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting .
