The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This role requires strong leadership to manage and guide the sales team, build relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance the overall sales performance of the organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives. Set realistic sales targets for residential and commercial projects and ensure they are met or exceeded. Identify and explore new market opportunities, including potential investment hotspots. Drive direct and indirect sales through various channels, including in-house sales teams, brokers, and digital platforms. 2. Leadership & Team Management Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to enhance productivity. Set performance KPIs and ensure the team meets the sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings, provide sales training, and keep the team motivated. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to strengthen the organizations sales capabilities. 3. Client & Channel Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and investors. Develop and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants. Organize client meetings, site visits, and promotional events to enhance engagement. Negotiate and close high-value deals to maximize revenue. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct regular market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use data analytics and insights to optimize sales performance and pricing strategies. Identify and address challenges in the real estate sales process to ensure seamless execution. 5. Sales Operations & Compliance Oversee and streamline the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and other legal requirements. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to facilitate smooth documentation and agreement processes. 6. Marketing & Brand Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Develop sales collaterals, presentations, and strategies to attract potential customers. Participate in property expos, seminars, and networking events to promote the brand. 7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports for management. Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue generation. Implement CRM tools and software to track and enhance sales efficiency. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: 1. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential/commercial real estate. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2. Skills & Competencies Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and inspire a large sales team. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Strong expertise in handling high-value transactions. Market & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hyderabads real estate market and trends. Networking & Relationship Building: Strong connections with investors, brokers, and corporate clients. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and digital sales tools.
