Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the diagnostics segment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and government bodies. Lead and manage the B2B sales team, including goal setting, training, performance management, and motivation. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with enterprise clients. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in diagnostics sales practices. Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key account status. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with 15+ years of experience in handling B2B markets preferred. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information and persuade customers. Candidates from Diagnostics, pharma or medical devices companies preferred.
