Job Description

Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing B2C strategies to achieve business goals. Leading sales and marketing efforts to reach and engage target consumer audiences. Overseeing operational aspects related to B2C, such as customer service, logistics, and e-commerce. Prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction to drive loyalty and repeat business. Conducting market research to understand customer trends and competitive landscapes. In some cases, B2C Heads may also be involved in product development and management for consumer-facing products. Managing and developing B2C teams to achieve optimal performance. Overseeing and managing the B2C budget. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with 15+ years of experience in handling B2C markets preferred. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information and persuade customers. Ability to build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty. Currently should be at a Regional Sales Manager cadre. Candidates from Diagnostics, pharma or medical devices companies preferred.
