Sales Head E-Commerce and Marketplaces

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead and manage our e-commerce advertising campaigns across various marketplaces . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing ad performance, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-impact e-commerce advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Lead a team of advertising specialists, ensuring effective campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking . Monitor key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency. Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to scale ad revenues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit. Flipkart, Zepto and Swiggy Manage the relationship with key marketplace partners to maximize sales potential. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment. Key Requirements: Proven track record of leading and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of digital marketing. Expertise in PPC advertising across platforms Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools Amazon DSP, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms .
