Job Description

Bachelors or Masters degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred). 10 - 15 years of experience in sales, 5+ years in Electronics Products or Electronics components sales, electronics distribution management, Channel Partners development, building the network of Value added resellers. Proven track record in scaling sales operations, managing teams, and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for electronics components or products and EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services). Oversee channel sales, distribution network, and enterprise sales teams. Establish revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Build strategic partnerships with key distributors, resellers, institutions, and corporate clients. Drive market expansion, competitor analysis, and business development initiatives. Ensure alignment of sales efforts with the overall company objectives. Achievement of overall sales targets & revenue growth.
