Job Title : Sales Head Location : Surat, Gujarat CTC : 10 to 15 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives) Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Team Size to Manage : 6 to 10 Sales Professionals Target Audience : CA Firms, SMEs Industry Preference: SaaS, Accounting-Tech, ERP, Fintech, or related sectors About this Company : This company is a leading, tech-enabled accounting and finance platform offering cloud-based bookkeeping, GST filing, MIS reporting, and virtual CFO services to SMEs, startups, and growing businesses. With a presence in multiple cities across India, it is simplifying financial management through automation, insights, and real-time reporting. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Head who can independently drive and scale sales efforts to grow revenue 4x of the investment made on the sales team. You will be responsible for expanding our reach to CA firms and SMEs across India and managing a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS, accounting-tech, or similar sectors, and a demonstrated ability to lead, strategize, and deliver results. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy & Execution : Independently develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to acquire clients, primarily targeting CA firms and SMEs. Revenue Growth : Drive significant revenue growth and expand the client base to achieve a minimum 4x return on the cost spent on the sales team. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 610 sales professionals, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring team targets are met. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify, approach, and secure new clients in the CA firm and SME sectors. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers such as business owners, CFOs, and finance heads. Market Understanding & Adaptation : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to adapt and optimize sales strategies. Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and generate regular performance reports for senior leadership. Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with marketing to generate quality leads, support campaigns, and increase brand visibility within the target market. Candidate Profile/Requirements : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving sales growth, especially in the SaaS, accounting-tech, ERP, or fintech sectors. Demonstrated success in driving revenue 4x the cost of the sales team. Experience targeting CA firms and SMEs, with an understanding of their unique financial management needs. Strong ability to lead a team, mentor sales professionals, and create a culture of performance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English, Hindi Bachelors degree required; an MBA or post-graduate qualification is a plus.
