Job Description: The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Teams Operations, Corporates, Oversees and Strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitors analysis, develop and implement Sales strategies. He will provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount price. He will be responsible for tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data and developing plans to address performance gaps. Setting targets, performance plans and standards for sales representatives and coaching individual to improve sales performance. Enabling team by duly acknowledging team members achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill building. Critical Role and Responsibilities: 1. The Sales Head will be the sole custodian for revenue generation in the team. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients; set monthly targets for the team & be accountable for month on month/ quarter on quarter target. 3. Onboarding new Corporates hotel accounts and presenting them complete basket of Solutions and products. 4. Retaining existing Corporate Hotel accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Engaging in activities to ensure that company has maximum ARA with Corporate Hotel brand. 6. Ensuring overall Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction. 7. Gather market/competitor intelligence from Sales Managers, create competitor benchmarking and design action plan. 8. Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales and revenue numbers. 9. Responsible for analyzing, structuring and solving business and customer problems. 10. Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various key sales metrics like expense controls, revenue achievements from each Sales Manager etc. 11. P&L Management - Understanding the financial objectives of the company and taking execution ownership of the complete P&L of the sales team with a view of maximizing revenue and minimizing expenditure. 12. Maximize client outreach and sales opportunities 13. Actively participation in the marketing events, exhibition, road shows etc. to ensure that visibility in the market is consistent and it increases overall brand recognition. Non-Critical Role and Responsibilities Learning and Development To keep abreast of all current developments in business and functional aspects and knowledge transfer to the team To groom the team and develop successor To upgrade the skills of the team by providing learning opportunities. To educate the cross-functional teams on certain key topics relevant to the business. Role-specific requirement q Stability in career (not frequent changes) q Outstation candidates to shift with family q Preferably from the Hospitality or Logistic industry q Awareness of all Sales related q Self-Starter with proven experience in successfully building and growing business q Should have excellent knowledge of Excel q Should have Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills. q Should have Leadership Skills, an Eye for details, Negotiating skills, assertiveness, Handle conflicts, Delegation, Team Building, Analytical skills, People management skills, Presentation skills, Communication skills and Networking skills Should have excellent time-management and organizational skills
