Job Title: Sales Head – Real Estate We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales division. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can drive sales performance, manage high-performing teams, and contribute significantly to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire sales function, including planning, execution, and performance management. Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead management and closure of deals. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. Provide mentorship, training, and motivation to ensure peak team performance. Coordinate with marketing, project, and customer service teams for campaign execution and client servicing. Identify new markets, channels, and partnerships to expand business reach. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches. Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, channel partners, and brokers. Ensure all team activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies for senior management. Represent the sales function in management meetings, providing insights and recommendations. Drive brand visibility and business growth through events, roadshows, and networking initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role. Proven experience in managing large sales teams and delivering results in a competitive environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of real estate sales cycles and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and CRM tools. Strong network within the real estate ecosystem, including brokers and institutional buyers. Ability to work under pressure and make data-backed strategic decisions.
