Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets within the Real estate industry sector. Team Leadership & Development : Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to enhance team performance and skills. Revenue & Target Management : Set clear sales goals and performance targets for the team. Monitor and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Resolve any escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Sales Performance Analysis : Use data and sales analytics tools to monitor team performance, assess sales trends, and adjust tactics to improve efficiency and outcomes. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Use this information to adjust sales strategies, improve product offerings, and capitalize on new market opportunities. Collaboration with Other Departments : Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives. Collaborate to improve the customer experience and streamline processes. Sales Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and team performance. Use forecasting to guide business decision-making and resource allocation. Budget & Resource Management : Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective sales activities. Make recommendations for investments in training, tools, and technology to enhance sales team performance. Sales Reporting & Administration : Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in the Real estate industry, manufacturing, or a related field. Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Skills : Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM software, and analytics tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, logistics, and product development. Other : Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to think critically, adapt to changing market conditions, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
