My Client is seeking an experienced Sales Head- South Zone to drive franchise operations, sales growth, and brand positioning in the Gems & Jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchisee management, sales, and team leadership while ensuring cost-effective strategies and sustainable business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Franchisee & Sales Management: Develop and execute strategies for franchise network expansion and performance enhancement. Manage relationships with franchise partners, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Oversee B2B sales operations , ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. Team & Cost Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & franchise teams to drive performance. Ensure efficient budgeting and cost management to optimize profitability. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for cost efficiency . Brand & Exhibition Management: Develop marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market. Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance visibility and business opportunities. Startups & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to launch and scale new business initiatives. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Sales, Franchisee Management, and Brand Management (Preferred: Gems & Jewelry industry). Strong expertise in B2B sales, budgeting, and cost management .
