Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets within the boiler, manufacturing, and industrial products sector. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met, providing coaching and development opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to drive sales and customer loyalty. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth. Product Knowledge & Expertise: Utilize strong ESPN backfilter knowledge and expertise in the product to provide valuable insights and support the team in addressing customer needs. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales operations across regions. Required Qualifications: Education: MBA in Marketing. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably within the boiler, manufacturing, or industrial products industry. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the boiler/manufacturing/industrial products sector and ESPN backfilter knowledge . Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing sales team. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development.
