Sales Head _ Sourcing Software Projects for the Company from US/UK/APAC Markets. We are looking for dynamic Sales Head who is corporate sales professional excelling in business development, managing alliances, and fostering CXO-level relationships. A must: Experience of Sourcing/bringing new IT Projects (worth of few Million dollars)from the respective markets and onboarding new projects is a must. Must be willing to travel abroad if required with team. (This is not inside sales Position and Operations position.) Experience: Must be from Software Services sales. Must have the experience of Bringing new Software Projects from US markets and must have the experience of dealing with CXO level. Must be able to communicate affectively at CXO level to generate leads and finalize software services deals. Must have the previous experience of generating cold calls across US/ UK/APAC markets and you must be the driving force of company's revenue growth. You must be able to fix the appointments with decision makers/CXO level and willing to travel to US/UK if required. Job Description Determine, advise and close software sales agreements with company executives. Present proposals on potential clients needs. Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers needs. Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions. Update on product information, pricing and contract terms. Assist sales through calls and web based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies. Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions. Manage industries competitive knowledge to leverage sales cycle. Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
