UAE based organization looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and develop SDR team. The SDR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the prospecting and lead qualification process, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Working Days- SUNDAY to THURSDAY Timings- 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team goals. - Process Optimization: Develop and refine prospecting strategies, scripts, and outreach tactics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates. - Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team. Monitor performance regularly and provide constructive feedback and coaching. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other teams to align SDR activities with overall sales and business objectives. - Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance SDR skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating with prospects. - Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management. Requirements: - Proven experience as a successful SDR or in a similar sales role, with at least 3 years of experience in sales and 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity (IT Industry only) - Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce/ CRMs and sales performance metrics. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
