We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Copper tubes /HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive business growth through effective account management of Copper tubes customer. Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Job Requirements : 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (HVAC industry preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of heating ventilation, air conditioning systems, and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
