Job Description

Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation & Sales Growth: Drive overall sales and revenue for the clinic by converting leads into customers and package sign-ups. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and ensure a seamless conversion process. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable treatment plans. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote and sell additional services to maximize revenue. Educate clients about various treatment options and offer customized packages based on their requirements. Implement strategies to enhance repeat business and client retention. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales techniques to improve client engagement. Collaborate with the management to drive promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Working closely with different teams (therapists, doctors, management) to ensure a smooth client experience. Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, customer service, and domain knowledge. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, client trends, and revenue forecasts. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales from the aesthetics, wellness or healthcare industry. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff. Highly motivated and sales-driven mindset , with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and any sales tools is a plus. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Why Join Anceita Clinic?
