Purpose of Job: To manage entire sales operations of multiple Residential & Commercial Projects through assigned Retail Channel Partners, ICPs and IPC,s Essential Skills & Experience 1. Good knowledge of Real Estate Product Sales and Revenue Generation Options 2. Good Knowledge of Real Estate Market and emerging trends 3. Good Marketing Intelligence and Networking 4. Business Acumen and P&L Understanding 5. Knowledge of Real Estate terms and calculations of area 6. Candidate should be presentable, well spoken with Excellent Personality. 7. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking and CRM from Real Estate/ Property, Hospitality, and Retail or any Industry would go. Knowledge Expertise we strive for a deeper understanding of our domain Innovation we aspire to do things creatively Action Entrepreneurship โ we are empowered to act decisively and create value Integrity โ we are consistent in our thoughts, speech and action Care Trusteeship โ we protect the interests of our customers, community, employees, partners and shareholders Humility โ we aspire to be the best, yet strive to be humble Impact Performance โ We strive to achieve market leadership in scale and profitability, wherever we compete Resilience โ We aspire to build business that anticipate, adapt and endure for generations Key Roles/Responsibilities: Responsible for lead generation through channel partners Responsible for new channel partner acquisition and managing the existing channel partners Follow Up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through Face To Face meetings Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms Diligent administration of all Channel partner invoices, claims and settlements Ensure deepening of relationships with channel partners to increase the wallet-share from such accounts Take initiatives to meet the assigned sales targets Facilitate activities that could generate leads for the Channel Partner. ideate/innovate on leads generation methods such as digital platforms/society activities/corporate in-roads higher smooth customer on boarding process and enrich experience Maintain Good follow up with the CP to increase buying conversion rate for the partner Preferably MBA with min 3 yrs experience or Graduate with atleast 5 yrs +
