Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Closing & Sourcing) with a strong understanding of channel partner management in real estate. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand our network across Mumbai. Client Relationship Building: Work closely with channel partners to convert leads and close sales. Lead Generation & Conversion: Support channel partners in generating leads and monitoring conversions. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular updates to management. Industry Networking: Actively engage in real estate events and forums to build partnerships and strengthen market presence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of real estate market trends & CP engagement Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM software & lead management tools Experience in Mumbai's Central & Western Suburbs preferred Two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits & partner meetings Why Join Us?
