SCHWING Stetter India, a 100% subsidiary of the Schwing Group of companies GmbH was incorporated in the year 1998. We are the pioneer of Concrete Construction equipment manufacturing in India catering to the customers with world class concreting equipment. SCHWING Stetter India has introduced path breaking products in the Indian concrete pumping industry, batching plants, Truck mixers which became synonymous within the RMC industry. We have around 3800 employees working with SCHWING Stetter. We have Manufacturing Units in Tamil Ndu totally 6 units and Branch Office for Sales & Services in major Cities all over Indian States. Roles and Responsibilities Initiating Sales Process by Scheduling Appointments, Making Presentation, Understanding Requirements. Conceptualizing and implementing the sales plan to achieve the sales target in the assigned region. Focus on getting business from New Customers by visiting and meeting new prospective client. Focus on the business of Non-Concreting Product Sale Generating new leads by visiting financiers, banks, Government agencies and other equipment dealers. Following up with Head Office and Regional Office for smooth execution of orders. Preparing Quotations & proforma Invoices for new enquiries. Preparing Commercial Data Sheet (CDS) in Salesforce (CRM). Updating daily activities in Salesforce. Preparing daily movement report and monthly marketing report. Explaining Technical Details into Benefits to the users and suggesting suitable products which are required. Closing deals in precise time. Recommending of new products and services. Updating of knowledge regarding products with discussing to higher officials. Meeting New Customers and getting feedback from the existing customers and prospective customers. Improving product marketability and profitability, identifying opportunities by identifying the customers. Specification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Intense Travel is required depends on the need. Strong problem-solving. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
