About the Job: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales, retail channel management, and business development, particularly in the plywood and related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities : Achieve sales targets as per the established budget. Identify and develop new retail channels and market segments to drive business growth. Expand and manage the dealers network to increase market penetration and business. Approach architects, interior designers, and contractors for product approvals and to drive sales. Implement marketing strategies and activities to promote the companys brand and products. Identify and develop new market segments to drive growth and profitability. Oversee collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding collection terms and schedules. Resolve disputes or delays in collections while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. Collaborate with the finance team to monitor outstanding dues and improve cash flow. Desired Skills & Experience : Proven experience in sales, channel sales, project sales, and business development. Experience in the building materials or plywood industry is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve targets under pressure. Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for growing market share.
