We are hiring a Field Sales Customer Relationship Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth payment collections. Key Responsibilities Field Sales Business Development Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Identify and approach new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Conduct engaging product/service presentations and demonstrations. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Payment Collection Revenue Management Oversee the payment collection process to ensure timely transactions. Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues. Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and coordinate with the finance team. Sales Analysis Reporting Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Adaptability Market Awareness Stay informed about industry trends and market shifts. Adapt sales strategies based on evolving business needs. What We re Looking For Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in field sales, customer relationship management, and payment collection. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
