Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets specific to the Indian market. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and other stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities within the education sector. Monitor sales performance and provide training and guidance to the sales team. Present company offerings to potential and existing clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the education loan sector. Strong knowledge of the Indian education loan market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
