We are Hiring for Pune/Mumbai, Ahmedabad/Rajkot/Surat, Jaipur Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Elevator Components with a strong background in lead generation, sales, and key account management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding market share in the elevator industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify & generate new business opportunities in the elevator components industry Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets Handle B2B sales and build long-term partnerships with OEMs, contractors, Life Manufactures and developers Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Drive lead generation initiatives through networking, referrals, and digital marketing Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients Ensure customer satisfaction & timely resolution of queries Work closely with technical teams to provide customized solutions Sales Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and deliver sales presentations & proposals to clients Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable deals Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Reporting & Coordination: Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) for seamless order execution Provide insights on product demand, pricing, and customer needs Mentioned CTC Fixed per Annum + Attractive Incentives (2.5 to 5 Lacs/Annum)
