Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitoranalysis to tailor sales strategies effectively. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, sales reports, and documentation of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications:Education: A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration Communications, or a related field is preferred. Sales Experience: Fresher s are welcome. Relevant experience in sales, particularly in media sales, advertising sales, or field sales roles. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with media platforms, advertising techniques, and market trends within the media and advertising industry. Key Attributes:Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to effectively sell media services or advertising space. Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships,understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
