Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive business expansion by acquiring new clients and building lasting, productive relationships. Promote and cross-sell a diverse range of financial products such as Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities, aligning solutions with clients financial goals. Conduct personalized one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend tailored investment strategies. Achieve and surpass sales targets by securing new business and generating revenue from both new and existing clients. Continuously engage with clients to reinforce relationships, address concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction. Stay up to date with the latest financial market trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes to better serve client needs. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline) Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably within the BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors. Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking Products, SIPs, and Mutual Funds. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum of 6 months experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Demat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs. Experience or exposure to the broking industry is a plus.
