This is a high-impact, client-facing role that demands strategic thinking, solution selling, and enterprise deal management.⸻ Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sales initiatives for NWAY ERP across enterprise construction clients Identify, pursue, and close large-scale ERP deals with contractors, developers, and infra firms Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of proven experience in ERP / SaaS / enterprise B2B solution sales Deep understanding of construction workflows, project management, and industry pain points Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing high-value enterprise deals Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with senior decision-makers⸻Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction tech, real estate ERP, or selling to infra companies Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Experience managing sales teams or leading strategic accounts is a pluS Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
