Key Responsibilities: Drive international sales and business development to achieve growth targets. Manage institutional sales, including building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Prepare and manage documentation and dossiers for product registration and compliance with international standards. Handle inquiries and provide tailored solutions to international clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes. Research and analyze global market trends to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration. Qualifications: MBA preferred. 7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in international markets. Expertise in institutional sales, documentation, and dossier preparation. Strong experience in handling international clients and building long-term partnerships. Excellent communication skills with a good presence of mind, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to navigate diverse cultural environments with professionalism. Knowledge of the agricultural or bio-pesticide industry is a plus
