Please find the job responsibilities outlined below: Job Responsibilities Sales Origination Implement the business development strategy by leveraging solution offerings and customer value propositions to target potential clients. Develop and execute sales strategies for key and core accounts. Conduct sales account planning based on market research and existing client data. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (cold calls, meetings, etc.) to generate new business leads. Lead and support the bid process, including bid writing, finalizing commercials, customer negotiations, proposal submissions, and contract finalization. Sales Performance Management Drive efforts to achieve new sales targets in terms of volume and revenue. Provide insights to the hub field sales manager to enhance sales efficiency and productivity. Adhere to defined sales processes and effectively use sales support tools in daily operations. Sales Reporting Monitor and track progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis. Participate in sales reviews with the leadership team to discuss challenges, propose solutions, and seek approvals on key decisions. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.
