The Opportunity We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers with 3 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate and a drive to exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and convert leads from both existing and new clients/business partners. Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets related to client calls, meetings, site visits, and revenue. Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various outreach and promotional activities. Drive revenue growth in alignment with the companys strategic business goals. Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale satisfaction. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty. Key Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Field Sales is mandatory . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
