Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and market expansion. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to senior management. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
