Role & responsibilities Business growth Monitor the Business growth Fix the monthly targets Strategic activity planning to achieve the objectives. Objectives & Target 1. Annual planning of financial and commercial aspects, performance 2. parameters for dealership and its outlets. 3. Define monthly targets to achieve the goals 4. Strategic activities planning to achieve the objectives. 5. Follow up with the team members for implementation of activities. 6. Periodic review of activities Plan Vs Actual. 7. Results (achievements and concerns areas) sharing with Proprietor/Director. 8. Countermeasure plan with team members to improve on gap areas. 9. Overall profitability analysis and plan to increase the same. Planning 1. Monitor the daily vehicle reporting 2. Analyze current load vs capacity, plan for future expansion. 3. Layout planning to ensure smooth customer flow. Conformance to HMSI set guidelines and policies 1. Through understanding of Company guidelines & communication to the team 2. Ensure the compliance of Company set guidelines and policies. 3. Timely updates to the dealer manpower for new circulars/ bulletins issued by company & ensure the compliance Benefits Target Incentive + Product incentive + Other benifits
