Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Heinrich Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve set revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships within the metro, railway, and high-speed rail sectors. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure peak performance. Identify and qualify new sales leads, conduct in-depth research and understand client needs. Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of Heinrichs solutions. Conduct effective negotiations to secure contracts and close deals. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adapting your sales approach accordingly. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation technology sector. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships. In-depth understanding of the metro, railway, and high-speed rail industries a plus. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. Ability to travel for meetings and client visits.
