Job Title : Manager - Business Development Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka Salary : As per market standards and commensurate with current salary and experience Qualification : MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare sector. Skills Required : In-depth understanding of the healthcare sector (private & public) and healthcare policies. Proficiency in proposal and report writing, budget preparation, and presentations. Ability to identify potential clients through research, networking, and data analysis. Proficiency in consultative selling, pitching proposals, and closing deals. Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges with innovative and practical solutions. Willingness to travel across India. Job Responsibilities : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Follow up on old leads, research, and develop new business opportunities. Prepare BD plans and budgets, including documentation like concept notes and Expressions of Interest (EoIs). Explore O&M projects, design & construction projects, etc. Pitch consulting services to potential clients by presenting tailored solutions to their business challenges. Monitor tender portals, government websites, and other relevant sources for potential project opportunities. Document and maintain a client database. Represent the organization at workshops, seminars, conferences, and other industry events in both the private and public healthcare sectors.
