KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (S)he should be able to empanel travel channels (like Travel Agents, Forex partners, Student Consultants , individual agents etc..) & promote our travel insurance policies through all these channels (S)he should be able to drive business directly and through team members ( through travel channels) (S)he should be able to build good relationship with all channels & ensure that daily business comes from all key channels & daily visits are made to the channels. (S)he is responsible for timely collection of premium from all channels & also responsible to track the timely payouts paid to all channels. (S)he should be able to train the all internal & external team members on product, Process & policy issuance. Should be able to motivate team and get desired productivity from all team members. MEASURE OF SUCCESS: Sales Target Achievement Team Management Relationship Management QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in Travel Insurance Business Graduation & above SKILLS REQUIRED Candidate should have good oral & written communication skills in English & Local language Person with travel insurance sales experience will have added advantage.
