The ideal candidate will be result-oriented , well-versed in telecom solutions , and capable of developing new business and maintaining client relationships . Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of telecom products and services (broadband, leased lines,etc.). Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Supervise and support junior sales staff as needed. Conduct meetings, product demos, and contract negotiations. Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus). Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom sales. Strong knowledge of telecom products and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven and self-motivated with a focus on results. Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting formats. Local candidates from Pune or nearby areas preferred.
