Sales Manager -Industrial Packaging

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the Industrial / Automobile / Retail industries for packaging solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that highlight the benefits of our flexible packaging solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Lead negotiations and close sales deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met.
