We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our premium product category. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in the premium segment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the premium product category. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and team sales goals. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. 2. Team Management Recruit, onboard, and train sales professionals specializing in premium products. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team. 3. Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base in the premium segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns targeted at high-value customers. 4. Market and Product Expertise Maintain in-depth knowledge of the premium product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the product team for product enhancement and innovation. Ensure the team is well-informed about product updates, sales techniques, and market dynamics. 5. Reporting and Analytics Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. Use CRM tools and other software to monitor and track sales activities effectively. 6. Customer Experience Ensure a superior customer experience by delivering tailored solutions and building trust. Address escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a leadership role (preferably in premium/luxury product categories). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Preferred Attributes Experience in industries such as luxury goods, financial services, or high-end technology. Strong network within the premium customer segment. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
