Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Plots Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts for high-value plots (6cr+). The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, foster strong supplier relationships, and drive business growth through cost savings and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Strategic Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for high-value plots, aligning with business objectives and goals. 2.Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to achieve best-in-class pricing, terms, and conditions. 3.Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends, supplier capabilities, and best practices. 8. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes, procedures. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role. Skills 1.
