Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement Mortgage sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and track sales progress. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Documentation and Compliance: Handle documentation, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support customers throughout the loan application process. Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in LAP (Branch Channel), preferably with a strong background in Hardcore LAP, Working Capital, or Secured Business Loans.
