Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives in the real estate market. Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales plans. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Set clear performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule property visits, and negotiate sales terms. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing after-sales services. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and materials to attract potential buyers. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as property development, legal, and finance, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to align strategies and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team. In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property values, and legal and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced real estate sales environment.
