Job Description

Job Description: - - Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation - Attending customers at the site - Following up with the customer to close the booking - Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc. - Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal Key Responsibilities: -Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner. - Follow up with clients for a visit. - Track and record every client need and close the deal. - Showing properties to potential buyers and renters. - Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications: - Graduate/Master's degree in business administration. Good Communication Skills Presentable, Confident Additional Skills: Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and legal aspects of property transactions. Good communication and convincing skills Understanding Social Cues. Ability to Negotiate. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
