Department: Sales/BD & Marketing Head Office: Mumbai, Andheri MIDC Plant Location: GOA, Verna Industrial Area Job Description: Sales & Marketing for Control Panels i.e. LT panels (MCC,PCC,APFC), HT Panels, LV/MV Switchboards, Starter panels, PLC Panel, DG Synch Panel, Distribution boards, etc. Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB. Involved in Brand building activities, launch of new Products. Lead Generation and Negotiation skills. To develop and retain OEMs, EUs and Corporate Customers. Identify major solution requirements for the focus segments Understanding of Handling large value contracts and commercial terms Technically sound and willing to learn new concepts. Person will be daily reporting to GM and MD Qualification: Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Electrical engineering with Minimum 10+ years relevant experience Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Self-motivated and highly organized Excellent problem solving and time management skills Comfortable in managing complex and demanding situations. Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and to work in cross functional teams with multiple skills sets. Determination, capacity to organize the own daily work and capacity to address multiple and diverse technical issue in a complex environment.
