MBA is a plus. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behaviour. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Proficiency in sales and CRM software. - Availability to travel as needed.
