Role & responsibilities The sales manager's primary responsibility is to manage MDDSA channel sales for the Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. He/ she is responsible for managing agents, training agents and achieving sales targets for MDDSA team. Primary job responsibilities of a Sales manager are sales target achievement. Planning and target setting for the dealership & individual IMDs. Formulating sales strategies for Motor Insurance products along with the other GI products and achieving targets. Own recruiting, objectives setting and performance monitoring of Motor Dealer & Agents. Recruitment Of Dealerships for Motor Insurance & Individual Agents Preferred Candidate Profile A candidate with a good understanding of motor insurance products and knowledge of the motor DSA and agency sales channels.
